Registered Nurse – Home Care (DOH Licensed) – Abu Dhabi

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is for a Registered Nurse licensed by the Department of Health Abu Dhabi (DOH) to provide home‑care services to clients in Abu Dhabi. The nurse will deliver comprehensive patient care in the client’s residence, coordinating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized care plans for patients in a home setting.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, perform wound care, and manage chronic and acute conditions.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, self‑care practices and preventive health measures.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.

Required profile

• Valid DOH nursing license or eligibility and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (or equivalent).
• Experience in home health care, including independent work and coordination with family caregivers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with diverse patients and families.

Required skills

• Wound care assessment and dressing changes.
• Medication administration and vital‑sign monitoring.
• Knowledge of chronic disease management in a home environment.
