Registered Nurse – Home Care (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high‑quality, personalized nursing care to patients in their homes across Dubai. The role involves managing health conditions, conducting clinical assessments, and supporting recovery while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and dignity.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, injections, IV therapy, and wound care as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and medical equipment; document changes in patient condition.
• Educate patients and families on disease management, medication adherence, and home safety.
• Coordinate with physicians, caregivers, and allied health professionals to ensure cohesive care.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and respond to emergencies with critical care interventions.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and hygiene standards in the home environment.
• Follow DHA/MOH/DOH guidelines, conduct periodic reassessments, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Diploma in Nursing.
• Valid DHA/MOH/DOH license or eligibility.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in home care or community health.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) – a plus.
• IV therapy administration.
• Wound care management.
• Medication administration and patient assessment.
