About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse specialized in home hemodialysis to join our multidisciplinary team at Mediclinic City Hospital in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering patient‑centred, evidence‑based nursing care while ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality home hemodialysis nursing care in collaboration with physicians, therapists and other health professionals.
- Maintain patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing clinical risks in line with policies and legislation.
- Foster positive patient experiences by creating a supportive and safe environment.
- Mentor, supervise and coach nursing learners and staff to build competence and promote continuous learning.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- Minimum three years of dialysis nursing experience, preferably within the UAE.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
- Basic Arabic language proficiency and strong English communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Comprehensive knowledge of patient safety standards.
