About the role
The Registered Nurse – ICU will provide safe, compassionate, and individualized care to critically ill patients in a fast‑paced hospital environment. Working within the scope of practice, the nurse will prioritize patient health, wellbeing and safety while delivering high‑quality clinical services.
Key responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient needs in the intensive care unit.
- Advocate for patients, ensuring their rights and preferences are respected.
- Deliver safe, transparent and ethical care in line with NMC Nursing Vision, Mission and Values.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve clinical excellence.
- Contribute to a positive patient experience and a learning culture.
- Lead and influence improvements in healthcare delivery.

- Demonstrated ethical conduct and trustworthiness.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate openly.
