Registered Nurse – Maternity Ward

About the role

The Registered Nurse will provide patient‑centric, evidence‑based nursing care on the Maternity Ward, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi‑professional team according to clinical standards and legislation.
• Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in line with clinical risk policies.
• Create a positive patient experience by maintaining a conducive environment as guided by nursing leadership.
• Support a learning environment by supervising, mentoring and coaching learners and nursing staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certificates.
• Minimum two years of nursing experience in the home country; three years preferred in a Maternity/Postnatal Ward.
• Basic Arabic language skills and strong English communication (verbal and written).
• Knowledge of patient safety standards and proficiency in MS Office applications.

Required skills

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
• Computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Office.
