About the role
Mediclinic Me'aisem in Dubai is hiring one Registered Nurse for its OPD department. The nurse provides and coordinates patient-centred, evidence-based nursing care while complying with ethical and professional standards set by regulatory authorities and the company.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi-professional team according to clinical standards and relevant legislation.
- Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in line with clinical risk policies and procedures.
- Create a conducive environment for positive patient experiences under the guidance of nursing leadership.
- Build employee competence by supervising, mentoring and coaching learners and nursing staff.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- At least two years of recent OPD experience.
- Experience in the UAE.
Required skills
- Basic Arabic language skills.
- Knowledge of patient safety standards.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Verbal and written communication skills in English.
