Registered Nurse – OPD Ophthalmology

About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join the OPD Ophthalmology department at Mediclinic Parkview Hospital in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering patient‑centred, evidence‑based nursing care while supporting a multidisciplinary team.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality nursing care to ophthalmology out‑patients in line with clinical standards and UAE legislation.
- Identify, prevent and manage risks to ensure patient safety, adhering to the hospital’s risk policies.
- Promote positive patient experiences by creating a supportive environment under nursing leadership guidance.
- Mentor and coach junior staff and learners, contributing to a continuous learning culture.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
- Minimum two years recent experience in an ophthalmology clinic.
- Preferably experience working in the UAE.
Required skills
- Basic Arabic language proficiency.
- Computer literacy with strong MS Office skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
