About the role
Mediclinic City Hospital is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join its Operating Theatre team. The role focuses on delivering patient‑centred, evidence‑based nursing care while upholding the highest ethical and professional standards.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality nursing care in the operating theatre in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
- Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing, and managing risks in line with clinical risk policies and legislation.
- Promote positive patient experiences by creating a supportive and safe environment.
- Mentor, supervise, and coach nursing learners and staff to foster a continuous learning culture.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- Minimum of 3 years recent experience in an operating theatre within a hospital setting.
- Basic Arabic language skills.
- Fluent verbal and written English communication.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Comprehensive knowledge of patient safety standards.
