Registered Nurse – Paediatrics (Outpatient)

About the role

The Outpatient Department seeks a Registered Nurse specialised in paediatrics to deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based care to children attending the clinic. You will work closely with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, compassionate, and culturally sensitive services.

Key responsibilities

• Record patient histories, perform diagnostic tests, and administer medications.
• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with physicians.
• Assist physicians during examinations and procedures and operate relevant medical equipment.
• Provide clear, empathetic updates to patients, families, and caregivers.
• Maintain patient confidentiality, respecting cultural and religious beliefs.
• Adhere to Dubai Health Authority (DHA) guidelines and other regulatory standards.
• Communicate patient condition and care details effectively to the multidisciplinary team.
• Support flexible staffing needs across the organisation.

Required profile

• Valid UAE DHA nursing licence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a paediatric hospital or similar setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in basic computer applications, specifically MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for digital documentation and communication.
