Registered Nurse – Pediatric

About the role

The Royal Hospital Dubai Investment Park is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specialized in pediatric care. You will join a multidisciplinary team committed to delivering safe, compassionate, and individualized care to children and their families.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for pediatric patients, coordinating with physicians and allied health professionals.
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, IV fluids, blood products, and provide wound care while recognizing and escalating any abnormalities.
• Perform essential life‑support interventions such as BLS, PALS, ACLS, and neonatal resuscitation as required.
• Educate patients, families and the public about health conditions, treatment plans and preventive measures.
• Facilitate safe admission, transfer and discharge processes for pediatric patients.

Required profile

• Valid license to practice as a registered nurse with the relevant UAE health authority.
• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support Provider card.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus.
• Willingness to work across departments and manage professional re‑licensure.
