Registered Nurse – Pediatrics (Arabic Speaking)

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse with inpatient pediatrics experience who is fluent in Arabic to join our pediatric unit. The nurse will deliver family‑centered, high‑quality care to children admitted for medical, surgical or rehabilitation needs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence‑based nursing care to pediatric patients, monitoring vital signs, growth and development.
• Administer medications, treatments and therapies according to prescribed protocols and assist with diagnostic tests and procedures.
• Educate and support families, encouraging their participation in the care process.
• Maintain accurate nursing assessments, care plans and documentation, and communicate patient status to the multidisciplinary team.
• Follow infection‑control and safety procedures, monitor for risks such as falls, and implement preventative measures.
• Respond to emergencies, deliver advanced life support, and prepare patients for transfer when needed.
• Participate in ongoing training, certifications and quality‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• Valid nursing license as required by local regulations.
• Minimum 2–3 years of inpatient pediatric nursing experience.
• Experience in critical care or rehabilitation pediatrics is a plus.
• Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications.
