Registered Nurse – Postnatal

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse specialized in post‑natal care to join our multidisciplinary team at Mediclinic City Hospital in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering patient‑centric, evidence‑based nursing care for mothers and newborns.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi‑professional team, adhering to clinical standards and legislation.
• Identify, prevent, and manage risks to ensure patient safety in line with clinical risk policies.
• Create a positive patient experience by fostering a supportive environment as guided by nursing leadership.
• Supervise, mentor, and coach learners and nursing staff to build competence and a learning culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Minimum 2 years recent experience in a Post‑Natal Ward and newborn care.
• Basic Arabic language skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office applications.
