About the role

The Aquila School is seeking an experienced Registrar to manage student records, ensure compliance with KHDA regulations, and support the school’s commitment to safeguarding, wellbeing and financial responsibility. This full‑time position plays a pivotal role in maintaining accurate data and fostering a safe learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update student enrollment, attendance and academic records using iSAMS.
• Ensure compliance with KHDA standards and school safeguarding policies.
• Coordinate health and safety procedures, reporting any concerns promptly.
• Support financial decisions related to student services and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators and parents to resolve record‑related queries.
• Promote continuous improvement through data analysis and reporting.

Required profile

• Friendly, approachable and professional demeanor.
• Strong discretion and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and Arabic.
• Attention to detail and commitment to child safeguarding.

Required skills

• Proficiency with iSAMS school management software.
• Experience using HubSpot CRM for stakeholder communication.
• Ability to generate reports with Google Analytics.
• Fluency in English.
• Fluency in Arabic.
