Registration Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Registration Officer to join our team and support patients and customers through the document registration process. The role involves ensuring accurate data entry, guiding clients on required paperwork, and maintaining confidentiality while providing friendly service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with document registration and compliance.
• Verify data entries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Guide customers on required documentation and next steps.
• Maintain accurate records in registration systems and EHR.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and courteously.
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Stay updated on registration regulations and procedures.
• Provide administrative support such as scheduling, record management, and calls.
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain authorizations.
• Coordinate appointment schedules for optimal resource use.
• Assist with forms, reports, and other documentation.
• Greet and welcome patients professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare admin certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in administration or customer service, preferably in healthcare.
