Regulatory Affairs Intern (UAE Nationals)

About the role

A fixed-term Regulatory Affairs internship in Dubai, open to UAE nationals, lasting 4 to 8 weeks. It gives exposure to the pharmaceutical industry and shows how medicines are registered, maintained and made available to patients in line with local regulations. The company is committed to developing local talent and supporting the next generation of healthcare professionals in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Support the preparation and organisation of regulatory documentation.
• Assist with regulatory database and system updates.
• Contribute to lifecycle management activities for registered products.
• Support administrative and operational tasks within the Regulatory Affairs team.

Required profile

• UAE national (Emirati) with a valid Family Book.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine or a related field.
• Graduating in Q2 2027 or later.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Available for a full- or part-time internship of 4 to 8 weeks.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
