Relationship Manager – Business Banking (Select Segment)

About the role

The Relationship Manager will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Business Banking liability clients, driving growth, cross‑selling, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will build long‑term relationships, understand client cash flows, and deliver tailored banking solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of Business Banking liability clients, conducting regular reviews and addressing queries.
• Achieve targets for CASA balances, term deposits, and new‑to‑bank acquisition while expanding wallet share.
• Identify and execute cross‑sell opportunities across cash management, FX/treasury, trade finance, and digital banking solutions.
• Ensure adherence to CBUAE regulations, AML/KYC standards, and internal compliance policies.
• Coordinate with operations, compliance, treasury, and digital teams to deliver seamless client service and maintain accurate MIS reporting.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in Business or Commercial Banking, preferably with a focus on liabilities.
• Proven track record in portfolio management, book growth, and cross‑selling.
• Strong knowledge of Business Banking liability products and basic treasury concepts.
• Sound understanding of AML, KYC, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent relationship management, negotiation, analytical, and risk assessment abilities.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
