Relationship Manager – Commercial Real Estate (Emiratisation)

About the role

Rakbank is seeking UAE Nationals to join as a Relationship Manager for Commercial Real Estate & Secure Lending. The role focuses on growing a high‑value CRE portfolio, delivering excellent client service, and supporting the bank’s Emiratisation vision.

Key responsibilities

• Grow and manage the Commercial Real Estate portfolio, meeting asset growth, revenue, fee, and cross‑sell targets.
• Identify, originate, and execute new lending opportunities for high‑value CRE clients.
• Prepare and review credit proposals, transaction structures, renewals, amendments, and related documentation.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end deal execution, including due diligence, approvals, and disbursement.
• Partner with Risk, Credit, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Treasury teams.
• Monitor portfolio performance, covenant compliance, and asset quality.
• Ensure adherence to AML, KYC, and regulatory requirements while delivering proactive relationship management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce or a related discipline (MBA, CA, or CFA is an advantage).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Commercial Real Estate, Business Banking or Corporate Banking.
• Proven track record in originating and managing CRE lending transactions.
• Strong relationship‑building, business development, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of UAE banking regulations, AML, and KYC requirements.
