Relationship Manager - Elite Clients

About the role

ADIB Group is hiring a Relationship Manager in Dubai. The role focuses on strengthening relationships with elite clients while driving growth in liabilities, FX and fees to exceed annual financial targets. It also requires proactive cross-selling and strict adherence to anti-money laundering rules and UAE Central Bank compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow the portfolio, increasing liabilities, FX, fees and trade transactions while meeting financial targets and growing year-on-year.
• Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities and target high-value balance companies for onboarding.
• Conduct regular client visits and calls, and report portfolio activity to management.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and serve clients, especially the elite segment, across all channels.
• Monitor AML, compliance and risk parameters, flag suspicious activity, support the compliance department and review client profiles and risk ratings regularly.
• Stay up to date on banking products and industry trends, take part in training and work flexibly across locations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration or a related field.
• 4 years of banking or financial services experience focused on relationship management and portfolio growth.
• Excellent knowledge of business banking, trade products and foreign exchange rates.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and complaint-resolution skills.
