Relationship Manager - International Corporate Banking

About the role

The Relationship Manager will lead and grow the International Corporate Banking portfolio, acquiring new clients and deepening relationships with existing ones across the MENA region.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new corporate clients, conduct financial analysis and submit credit applications to meet acquisition targets.
• Manage existing relationships, cross‑sell ADCB products, and increase transaction volumes.
• Review client dossiers, resolve complaints within agreed turnaround times, and maintain long‑term relationships.
• Conduct regular client visits, assess risk profiles, and update approving authorities on any changes.
• Perform credit assessments, coordinate processing of approved credit requests, and ensure timely credit utilisation.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of relationship management experience with corporate banking clients, preferably in the MENA region.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance; professional qualifications such as CFA, MBA or FRM are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of credit analysis, deal structuring, balance‑sheet analysis and key financial ratios.
• Arabic speaking is an added advantage.
