Relationship Manager - Investment Management

About the role

Black Pearl Consult is hiring a Relationship Manager to acquire and grow High Net Worth (HNI) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNI) client relationships in the UAE. The role focuses on new client acquisition, premium relationship coverage and advising clients through risk profiling and a need-based product approach aligned to their investment and trading requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire preferred HNI and UHNI clients and grow the active client base through referrals, networking and channel partnerships.
• Manage allocated clients through regular telephone and in-person engagement, delivering a premium service experience.
• Conduct risk profiling and suitability assessments for mapped clients to support better advice on investment and trading needs.
• Formulate and execute sales plans to acquire new HNI customers and increase market penetration.
• Improve Capital Markets knowledge through continuous self-learning and company-provided training.
• Liaise with internal client-facing teams to ensure a high standard of service and smooth client onboarding and coverage.
• Drive a need-based product approach and increase product penetration across the client book.

Required profile

• Minimum 8-10+ years in relationship management, wealth management, brokerage or a relevant financial services role (HNI client segment).
• Proven track record of HNI/UHNI acquisition and relationship growth in the UAE market; network strength is critical.
• Demonstrated ability to build business through referrals and networking.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of capital markets and trading products (equities, derivatives, FX, commodities, indices, depending on desk).
• Experience conducting risk profiling and suitability discussions with clients.
