Relationship Manager

About the role

We are seeking an outgoing Relationship Manager to build and nurture strong relationships with our clients in Abu Dhabi. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, providing knowledgeable advice, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain deep knowledge of company products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Research and pursue new business opportunities.
• Identify client needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Provide comprehensive product/service consultations and guide decision‑making.
• Upsell and cross‑sell products/services.
• Resolve complaints and issues efficiently.
• Meet sales/revenue targets and ensure client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Degree in management, marketing, communication or a related field.
• Experience in relationship management or customer service.
• Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution and problem‑solving skills.
• Leadership and team‑management capabilities.
