Relationship Manager, Middle East - Dir/MD

About the role

The Relationship Manager is the primary point of contact for high‑net‑worth clients, delivering Deutsche Bank Wealth Management’s full suite of solutions across the Middle East. You will work closely with Investment Managers to plan, service and grow client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and maintain HNW/UHNW client relationships.
• Drive net new assets and revenue generation through business development and relationship management.
• Recommend suitable investment products based on client objectives, risk profile and preferences.
• Partner with Investment Managers to discuss financial goals, market conditions and asset allocation.
• Own all AML, KYC and compliance aspects of the client relationship.
• Collaborate with coverage, product and support functions to deliver Deutsche Bank’s value proposition.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance or related field; CFA or MBA desirable.
• 10‑12 years of experience in wealth management or private banking.
• Strong communication, collaboration and client‑oriented mindset.
• Deep network of HNW/UHNW clients in the target market.
• Professional integrity and ability to manage resources effectively.
