Relationship Manager – Priority Banking (French/Chinese Native)

About the role

Emirates NBD is seeking a dynamic Relationship Manager for its Priority Banking segment. The role focuses on acquiring new high‑net‑worth clients, deepening existing relationships, and driving revenue across assets, liabilities, investments, and insurance while ensuring top‑tier service and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Priority Banking customers, managing the full relationship lifecycle.
• Identify and acquire new clients, collaborate with product specialists, and expand the wallet share of existing accounts.
• Cross‑sell banking, wealth, and insurance products, and promote new services.
• Maintain strict compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations, AML policies, KYC standards, and anti‑mis‑selling rules.
• Assess client risk tolerance, document meetings, and promptly report any suspicious activity.
• Monitor client satisfaction, stay abreast of market trends, and contribute to team communication.
• Identify personal training needs and work with the unit manager for professional development.

Required profile

• University degree in Business, Finance or a related field.
• 2–3 years of sales experience in financial services or banking.
• Broad exposure to retail banking and wealth management.
• Native proficiency in French or Chinese is mandatory.
