Relationship Manager - Private Banking (Dubai)

About the role

Banca del Sempione Middle East (BSME), a wholly owned entity of the Swiss private bank founded in 1960, is hiring a Relationship Manager for its Dubai office. The role provides tailored investment and advisory solutions to High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth clients and contributes to business growth through proactive client acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of HNW and UHNW clients, giving personalized financial and investment advice
• Act as a trusted advisor delivering holistic wealth management solutions aligned with clients' long-term goals
• Acquire new clients through existing networks and proactive business development
• Work with internal specialists (investment, credit, tax, estate planning) to deliver integrated service
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal risk management requirements
• Maintain high standards of ethics, integrity and client confidentiality

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Relationship Manager in banks or asset management firms, shown by a loyal client portfolio
• Deep understanding of investment products, financial markets and international banking operations
• Good knowledge of the Swiss/European regulatory system
• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication skills, teamwork and team spirit
