Relationship Manager – Real Estate

About the role

JAD Global Real Estate Development is seeking a Relationship Manager to nurture and expand client and partner connections for its upcoming residential projects in the UAE. The role focuses on guiding prospects through the full off‑plan sales cycle while delivering a premium client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads for off‑plan properties.
• Present project concepts, negotiate terms, and close sales.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients, investors, brokers, and business partners.
• Provide post‑sale support and ensure long‑term relationship satisfaction.
• Track market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year proven off‑plan real estate experience in the UAE.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Target‑driven mindset with a record of meeting sales goals.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional appearance and commitment to exceptional client service.
• Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Hindi, French) are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Sales & Marketing or related field preferred.
