Relationship Manager – Real Estate Unit

About the role

The Relationship Manager – Real Estate Unit will be responsible for growing and maintaining Mashreq's real‑estate client portfolio in Dubai. Leveraging deep market knowledge and financing expertise, you will originate deals, assess credit risk, and ensure compliance with bank policies.

Key responsibilities

• Review and manage the existing portfolio, recommending credit facilities that maximise earnings while containing risk.
• Develop and execute relationship strategies and account plans for each client, driving cross‑sell opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with decision‑makers at client organisations to position Mashreq as their preferred bank.
• Proactively manage accounts to deliver banking products and services on time, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Generate a pipeline of new‑to‑bank transactions within defined market segments and geographic boundaries.
• Liaise with legal counsel, treasury, operations, retail banking and risk management divisions to optimise business opportunities and mitigate risk.

Required profile

• In‑depth understanding of the Dubai real‑estate market and its financing products.
• Proven experience managing real‑estate clients in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of risks associated with real‑estate lending across development stages.
• Ability to independently structure financing solutions within organisational lending policies.
• Familiarity with relevant legal frameworks, including escrow laws, is a plus.
