Relationship Officer

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, customer‑focused individual to join our inbound contact centre team in Dubai. As a Relationship Officer you will be the first point of contact for our bank’s customers, handling their inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, providing exceptional service.
• Respond to customer questions about banking products and services.
• Resolve complaints and issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when necessary.
• Accurately record customer information and interactions in the system.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and streamline processes.
• Follow established procedures and comply with information security and data‑privacy policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or any diploma.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts and weekends.
• Strong problem‑solving and interpersonal abilities.
• Immediate availability and a proactive, customer‑centric attitude.
• Previous experience in a customer‑service role, preferably within banking, is a plus.
