About the role
We are hiring a Remote IT Technician to assist with everyday technical requests and basic troubleshooting. This flexible part‑time contract role is fully remote and ideal for candidates comfortable with computers who want to develop practical IT support skills.
Key responsibilities
- Assist users with common software, hardware, and connectivity issues.
- Help troubleshoot routine technical problems and document solutions.
- Support basic system checks, updates, and other IT‑related tasks.
Required profile
- Entry‑level candidates are welcome; previous IT experience is not required.
- Basic computer knowledge and problem‑solving ability.
- Reliable, detail‑oriented, and willing to learn.
- Training and onboarding provided.
