Remote Senior Relationship Manager

About the role

Monfi Digital Bank is seeking a Remote Senior Relationship Manager to lead and expand a portfolio of key corporate clients. In this full‑time position you will act as the primary point of contact, understanding client financial needs and promoting the bank’s digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with assigned corporate clients.
• Conduct regular virtual meetings, respond promptly to inquiries and provide tailored banking advice.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to grow the portfolio.
• Coordinate with internal product, operations and compliance teams to ensure smooth account setup and service delivery.
• Monitor account performance, risk indicators and prepare periodic reports and presentations for clients and senior management.
• Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting the UAE banking sector.
• Provide feedback to enhance digital banking products and customer journeys.

Required profile

• Proven experience in relationship management, client success or corporate banking, preferably within a digital or technology‑driven financial institution.
• Strong consultative selling and portfolio‑growth capabilities.
• Solid understanding of banking products, digital channels and UAE financial regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyse data, produce reports and make data‑informed decisions.
• Track record of managing multiple client relationships and meeting deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field; advanced degree or professional certification (CFA, MBA) is a plus.
• Fluency in Russian; additional regional languages are advantageous.
• High integrity and commitment to ethical banking practices.
