Reporting Engineer

About the role

The Reporting Engineer will play a pivotal role in tracking and communicating project progress. Working closely with site engineers, managers and the project control team, you will ensure accurate and timely reporting of daily, weekly and monthly performance metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare daily progress reports in liaison with site engineers and managers.
• Update and maintain the daily reporting database.
• Compile weekly and monthly reports together with the Project Control Manager.
• Develop customized programmes to enhance the project’s reporting systems.
• Assist senior project engineers and managers in evaluating progress trends of major activities.
• Support the updating of progress drawings in collaboration with the survey and drafting departments.

Required profile

• Three‑year technical diploma in engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum five years of experience in reporting within related industries.
• Preferable experience in dredging, civil marine, or infrastructure projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency in preparing and managing progress reports.
• Experience with database updates and maintenance.
• Ability to create and adapt reporting programmes.
