QA/QC Inspector – Emirati Future Leader

About the role

The QA/QC Inspector ensures that construction and landscape projects meet or exceed defined quality standards. This position plays a critical role in detecting deviations, maintaining accurate records, and supporting continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control plans, procedures, and guidelines for construction and landscape works.
• Conduct inspections and audits to verify compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to identify potential quality issues.
• Perform on‑site inspections of workmanship, materials, and processes.
• Identify, document, and manage non‑conformities, coordinating corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of quality activities, test results, and inspection records.
• Coordinate material testing and ensure accurate recording of results.
• Prepare detailed quality control reports for management and stakeholders.
• Provide training on quality standards and procedures to project personnel.
• Communicate quality expectations to subcontractors and suppliers and monitor their compliance.
• Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and HSE policies.

Required profile

• Experience in QA/QC for construction or landscape projects.
• Familiarity with relevant construction codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively with design, engineering, and project teams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
