About the role
The Ramadi Lab for Advanced Neuroengineering and Translational Medicine develops innovative approaches to modulate neural activity throughout the body. The Research Assistant will support primary research efforts, including data collection, analysis, project management, and manuscript preparation.
Key responsibilities
- Manage project and lab logistics, including equipment and consumable procurement.
- Collect and analyze experimental data.
- Train new lab members and oversee day‑to‑day operations.
- Assist with grant writing and manuscript preparation.
- Contribute to individualized research projects under faculty supervision.
Required profile
- BS in engineering or a biomedical‑related discipline (required).
- At least two years of experience working in a laboratory setting.
- Strong organization, communication, problem‑solving and time‑management skills.
- Proficiency in English.
