Research Manager – Arabic Speaker (Dubai)

The company helps government entities and leading businesses make informed decisions through AI‑powered analytics and market research. This role will lead research projects, manage client relationships, and deliver actionable insights for private‑sector clients in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in business development activities, including prospecting and preparing sales materials and proposals for the private sector.
• Select and apply appropriate research methodologies and data analysis techniques to meet client needs.
• Lead the preparation of client‑ready deliverables and present findings to clients.
• Take full ownership of a work stream or an entire project, depending on engagement size.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, resources, budgets, and timelines.
• Ensure contracts are fully executed before project commencement and that all invoicing follows agreed schedules.
• Secure timely receipt of payments and obtain release/completion letters from clients.
• Manage performance bond release when applicable.
• Develop financial and technical proposals for market research studies and produce actionable recommendations.
• Participate in client meetings, maintain strong client relationships, and lead project teams to ensure quality and on‑time delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in a relevant field.
• 7–10 years of experience as a Research Manager with a proven record of achieving sales targets.
• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
