About the role
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced researcher to join Zameer Training FZE in Abu Dhabi. Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, you will play a pivotal role in proactively sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of banking positions.
Key responsibilities
- Report directly to the Recruitment Manager on sourcing activities and candidate pipelines.
- Proactively identify, engage and screen potential candidates across a wide range of banking roles.
- Conduct pre‑screening interviews via telephone to assess suitability.
- Maintain accurate records in the recruitment software and ensure timely updates.
Required profile
- Previous agency or in‑house experience within the banking sector.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrated ability to source UAE nationals (advantageous).
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of job portals and professional networks such as LinkedIn.
- Hands‑on experience with recruitment platforms like Taleo and i‑Recruitment.
