Reservations Agent – 5‑Star Hotel

About the role

As a Reservations Agent at Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island, you will be the first point of contact for guests planning their stay. You will create a welcoming impression and ensure every booking reflects the high standards of a 5‑star resort.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional service to all reservation enquiries.
• Accurately enter bookings, rooming lists and guest details into the property management system.
• Maximise revenue through effective up‑selling of rooms, packages and resort facilities.
• Inform guests about on‑site amenities, special requests and local attractions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records and ensure data integrity in the reservation system.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Reservations Agent in a 5‑star hotel or resort in the UAE.
• Guest‑focused attitude with strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Opera reservation system.
