About the role
The Mangroves Abu Dhabi, part of LXR Hotels and Resorts, is hiring a full-time Reservations Agent who speaks Arabic. The role goes beyond handling booking enquiries: it is about delivering memorable stays for every guest through warm, professional service.
Key responsibilities
- Provide prompt and professional customer service to guests and team members
- Convert guest enquiries into confirmed reservations
- Record and process all reservations accurately
- Promote hotel services and upgrades to maximise room sales
- Respond to sales enquiries and help identify potential leads for future business
Required profile
- Passion for hospitality
