Reservations Agent – Arabic Speaker (Q3 Opportunity)

About the role

As a Reservations Agent at Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island, you will be the first point of contact for guests planning their stay. Your friendly and professional service will set the tone for an exceptional holiday experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide courteous, engaging service to all reservation inquiries.
• Accurately enter bookings, rooming lists, and guest details into the reservation system.
• Maximise revenue through effective up‑selling of rooms and resort facilities.
• Offer information on property amenities, special requests, and local attractions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records and ensure data integrity in the PMS.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Reservations Agent in a 5‑star hotel or resort in the UAE.
• Guest‑focused attitude with strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Opera PMS.
