Reservations Agent

About the role

We are looking for a full-time Reservations Agent to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. In this on-site position you will be the first point of contact for guests, handling inquiries and bookings over the phone while ensuring a seamless reservation experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer guest phone calls and respond to email enquiries regarding reservations.
• Enter and manage booking details accurately in the reservation system.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, front-desk and other departments to fulfil guest requests.
• Perform basic receptionist duties such as welcoming visitors and handling front-desk communications.
• Maintain professional and timely communication with guests and internal teams.

Required profile

• Excellent phone etiquette and strong customer-service orientation.
• Clear communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in front-desk or receptionist tasks, preferably within the hospitality sector.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail and ability to work in a dynamic team environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computer systems.
• Experience using reservation software.
