Reservations Agent

About the role

The Reservations Agent will be one of the first points of contact for guests at the newly opened Radisson Hotel Fujairah. You will handle enquiries, provide accurate information about the property and convert interest into confirmed bookings, helping to create a positive first impression.

Key responsibilities

• Answer reservation enquiries via telephone, email and other booking channels promptly and professionally.
• Process, amend and cancel bookings accurately in the hotel reservation system.
• Inform guests about room types, rates, packages and hotel facilities.
• Identify upselling opportunities and convert enquiries into confirmed reservations.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles, preferences and reservation details.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Sales and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Follow hotel reservation procedures, rate guidelines and service standards at all times.

Required profile

• Previous experience in reservations, front office or a similar guest‑service role, preferably in a hotel.
• Excellent communication and telephone etiquette.
• Strong sales orientation with confidence to upsell.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced team environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of hotel PMS and reservation systems.
