Reservations Agent

About the role

Rixos Premium Dubai JBR, a luxury hotel offering Turkish hospitality, is looking for a professional, customer-focused Reservations Agent. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling reservations and making sure their booking experience is smooth.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to room reservation inquiries by phone, email and other channels
• Book rooms for leisure, business and group customers
• Record reservation details accurately in the Property Management System
• Upsell room types and additional services
• Tell guests about the property, its amenities and local attractions in the UAE
• Work with other departments on guest requests and special requirements
• Handle changes, cancellations and special requests, and resolve complaints
• Keep up to date on room availability, rates and promotions
• Contribute to improving reservation processes and guest experience

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in Reservations or Sales, preferably in hospitality
• Excellent English; Russian or Turkish is a plus
• Telephone etiquette and strong written communication
• Typing speed of around 40 words per minute
• Flexible availability for various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Team player with strong organisation and attention to detail
