Reservations Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, guest‑focused Reservations Manager to lead our Reservations Department. You will ensure a professional and helpful image for our guests while driving revenue through effective reservation management.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, caring assistance to guests and anticipate their needs.
• Manage room and group reservation procedures accurately.
• Operate the Opera reservation system and maintain up‑to‑date guest profiles.
• Apply rate structures and rate management with full product knowledge.
• Maintain all administrative procedures to hotel and company standards.
• Support sales activities and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Answer incoming calls according to Rotana standards and process faxed information within 24 hours.

Required profile

• Hospitality degree.
• Minimum two years of experience in hotel reservations.
• Computer literate with strong English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Outgoing, people‑oriented leader with a proactive, results‑driven attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Opera reservation system.
