About the role
Join the hospitality team at a luxury resort and lead the daily reservations operations. As a Reservations Supervisor you will ensure smooth booking processes while delivering memorable guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the Reservations Team and ensure routine procedures maximise revenue and guest satisfaction.
- Manage telephone, fax and email enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Analyse seasonal and historical trends to optimise occupancy and average room rates.
- Identify new contacts, develop sales leads and respond to sales opportunities.
- Produce quotations and written confirmations for all clients.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, resolve issues and secure future business.
- Ensure bookings are guaranteed and apply appropriate no‑show or cancellation charges.
- Recruit, train, develop and coach the Reservations team.
Required profile
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
- Positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Commitment to high‑level customer service and a confident telephone manner.
- Professional grooming standards.
- Relevant degree or qualification in a business discipline.
- Previous experience in hotel reservations or sales functions.
Required skills
- Proficiency with hotel property management system.
