Resort Manager / Hotel Manager – Ras Al Khaimah

About the role

The Resort Manager / Hotel Manager will act as the strategic business leader of the property, overseeing all operational areas including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Culinary, Spa & Recreation, and Security. Reporting to the Executive Committee, the role ensures the brand’s service strategy is executed, drives guest satisfaction, and maximizes financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Drive profitability by monitoring financial performance, managing budgets, and controlling expenses.
• Lead revenue management, overseeing occupancy, rates, and sales performance against targets.
• Oversee property operations across all departments, ensuring brand standards and guest experience.
• Lead department heads, develop operational strategies, and implement brand initiatives.
• Manage guest experience by reviewing feedback, handling complaints, and ensuring service excellence.
• Conduct HR activities, including performance reviews, staff communication, and fostering employee engagement.

Required profile

• Minimum of a 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field with at least 4 years of relevant experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience.
• Proven experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales & marketing, or management operations within the hospitality industry.
