Restaurant Host/Hostess

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional host/hostess to welcome guests at our restaurant in the Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring guests are seated promptly and enjoy a seamless dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive.
• Seat guests promptly according to party size and preferences.
• Set up and maintain the host/hostess stand and answer phone calls following Four Seasons standards.
• Make recommendations on room set‑up and maintain the station chart and cover count.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years experience in a similar role at a 5‑star luxury hotel.
• Outstanding grooming and a joyful, outgoing personality.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English and additional languages.
• Experience managing a team of hosts/hostesses.

Required skills

• Familiarity with MICROS reservation system (preferred).
• Knowledge of OpenTable or similar reservation platforms.
