Restaurant & Lounge Manager – Dubai

About the role

The Restaurant & Lounge Manager will lead daily operations of the restaurant, bar/lounge and room‑service areas at Marriott Executive Apartments Sheikh Zayed Road. You will ensure high standards of service, sanitation, and financial performance while fostering a positive guest and employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all front‑of‑house staff, covering restaurants, bars, lounges and room service.
• Maintain service and sanitation standards in all food‑and‑beverage outlets.
• Assist with menu planning, inventory control and cost‑control initiatives.
• Review staffing levels to meet guest service, operational and financial objectives.
• Ensure compliance with local liquor laws, food‑handling regulations and company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement in guest satisfaction and employee engagement.
• Identify training needs, develop and deliver coaching programs.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of relevant food‑and‑beverage experience, OR
• 2‑year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field with at least 2 years of experience.
