Restaurant Manager - Indian Concept

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations of an Indian‑concept restaurant, ensuring smooth service and high guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day restaurant operations and maintain efficient service flow.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold high service standards.
• Recruit, train, coach and develop front‑of‑house team members.
• Manage employee schedules, labor costs and staffing requirements.
• Monitor performance, achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and health regulations.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to maintain food quality and consistency.
• Manage inventory, purchasing and cost‑control initiatives.
• Handle guest concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Implement operational procedures and company standards.
• Support marketing initiatives, promotions and special events.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–5 years of restaurant management experience in a full‑service dining environment.
• Experience in Indian, Asian or high‑volume casual dining concepts preferred.
• Strong leadership, team management and communication abilities.
• Proven track record of driving sales and controlling operational costs.
• Excellent guest service and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Knowledge of restaurant POS systems.
• Experience with inventory control systems.
• Familiarity with scheduling software.
