Restaurant Manager

About the role

Unity Star Import and Export FZE LLC is seeking a results‑driven Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations across its high‑traffic, concept‑driven restaurants in the UAE. You will be responsible for delivering premium guest experiences while driving profitability and maintaining brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of restaurant operations including staffing, inventory, P&L, and compliance with brand standards.
• Lead, train and motivate front‑of‑house and kitchen teams to achieve service excellence.
• Oversee vendor relationships, food & beverage procurement and implement cost‑control measures to maximise gross margins.
• Implement CRM and loyalty programmes, analyse sales trends and execute targeted marketing campaigns.
• Ensure 100% compliance with UAE food safety, labour and licensing regulations (DEWA, DSO, MOHAP).
• Collaborate with regional leadership on brand initiatives, menu innovations and operational upgrades.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multi‑unit restaurant operations.
• UAE food safety certification (MOHAP/FDA) and knowledge of local labour law.
• Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
• Track record of achieving financial targets and controlling costs.
