Restaurant Reservations Agent

About the role

As a Restaurant Reservations Agent at Atlantis Dubai, you will be the first point of contact for guests seeking dining experiences. You will handle telephone enquiries, take reservations, and ensure each guest receives a seamless and memorable service.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming guest calls, take restaurant reservations and orders.
• Provide accurate information about dining venues, menus, and availability.
• Resolve guest inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and manage complaints professionally.
• Prepare and support daily reports for the reservations team.
• Respond promptly to all guest correspondence and maintain up‑to‑date reservation records.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a call centre, front office, guest relations, club lounge, or hotel reservations.
• Impeccable personal presentation and a patient, positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for customer service.
• Computer literacy with proficiency in Opera property management system.
• Fluent English; additional fluency in Russian, Arabic, Chinese or French is preferred.
