Restaurant Sales & Events Manager

About the role

Jumeirah is seeking a dynamic Manager of Sales & Events to lead revenue‑generating activities for its signature restaurants. You will be responsible for creating memorable private dining and group experiences that align with the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales and events activity for the property’s signature restaurants, focusing on private dining, group bookings and curated experiences.
• Develop and execute sales plans that target key trading periods and special occasions.
• Build and nurture relationships with corporate, social and lifestyle clients, translating their needs into tailored dining experiences.
• Identify new market opportunities, maintain a healthy pipeline, and convert enquiries into confirmed business.
• Manage proposals, negotiations and confirmations to ensure commercial viability and alignment with Jumeirah service standards.
• Coordinate with Restaurant GMs, Operations, Marketing and PR teams to deliver seamless event‑led business.

Required profile

• 6–8 years of experience in sales, events or hospitality commercial roles, preferably within luxury hotels or premium restaurants.
• Proven track record of generating revenue through private dining, group bookings or curated guest experiences.
• Strong pipeline management, negotiation and conversion skills.
• Experience collaborating closely with restaurant or operations teams to deliver guest‑focused outcomes.
• Commercially aware with the ability to link client needs to covers, spend and overall F&B performance.
