About the role
Join the InterContinental Fujairah Resort team as a Restaurant Server, delivering warm and sophisticated service to guests on the stunning Al Aqah Beach. You will be the face of the restaurant, guiding guests through the menu and ensuring a memorable dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests, taking food and beverage orders promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and present food and drinks according to health, safety, and presentation standards.
- Monitor guest behavior and alcohol consumption, verifying age when required and notifying management of any issues.
- Clear and clean tables, chairs, and surrounding areas efficiently.
- Perform opening and closing duties for the outlet, maintaining a tidy work station.
Required profile
- Minimum 12 months of food service or restaurant experience.
- General knowledge of restaurant operations and health standards.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
- Strong attention to detail and guest‑focused attitude.
